Note: The questions can be answered whether you are an individual investing in your own learning, a coach/facilitator who works with individuals or groups, or someone who invests in information or learning delivery on behalf of an organisation.

Do you optimise the environment in which information transfer/learning takes place?	YES	NO
Do you input information or learning using all 5 sensory preferences?	YES	NO
Do you use the 8 major intelligences to make information/learning understandable?	YES	NO
Do you use multiple memory triggers to ensure information/learning is retained?	YES	NO
Do you review learning at least 3 times within the first 24 hours?	YES	NO

If you have answered yes to all 5 questions, congratulations! This means that you should be achieving a measurable return on learning investment. If you aren’t, contact me so we can find out why not.
